Best for: Any one looking for a glimpse of peak performance

Speaker country: South Africa

Questions this session will answer:

Why attitude is so important in everything we do?
How can the "little guys" compete?
Why building a team around a purpose is so important, (and so difficult)?

Speaker qualifications:

I was lucky enough to have spent 10 years (1994-2004) playing hockey for South Africa, living & playing in various countries around the world, culminating at the Athens Olympic Games. What has always intrigued me has been the mental side of peak performance, whether applied to sport or business, and the fine line between success and failure. Having also been through the highs and lows of the entrepreneurial journey over the past 10 years, I've come to realise that the parallels are closer that one might actually imagine!
